This newly renovated 2-level townhouse apartment is situated in a vibrant and convenient area of Seattle. Downtown Seattle is approximately three miles away, providing access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. For sports enthusiasts, T-Mobile Park (home to MLB Seattle Mariners baseball) and Lumen Field (home to NFL Seattle Seahawks football and MLS Seattle Sounders soccer) are just two miles away. This makes it easy to attend games or events without having to travel far. Eastside cities (Bellevue, Redmond) are within 10 miles, and are accessible via I90. The apartment is easily accessible by car or public transportation.

One of the most significant advantages of this apartment is its convenient location. Within a half-mile radius, guests can enjoy several notable sites, such as Jimi Hendrix Park, which pays homage to the legendary musician; the Seattle Children’s Playground; and countless parks and green spaces. Lake Washington is less than a mile away, offering opportunities for outdoor activities such as picnicking, walking trails, and water sports.

This two-story home occupies the upper portion of the townhouse and features large, open rooms that allow for ample natural light, creating a welcoming and comfortable living environment. Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own TV and en suite bathroom. The primary suite is even equipped with a workspace - the perfect spot to log onto the complimentary WiFi and take work calls in peace.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was a nice size and layout for 4 adults. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee pot is a pod only type. The area is mixed. I definitely would not say that it is nice. There are a few parks with in walking distance, which was nice and Lake Washington is a great place to go. That’s the positive, here is the not so positive. We didn’t get an access code to get into the unit so I had to call for that and they gave us a 10 digit number that we had to either write down or pull out our phones to remember each time we wanted to get in. Then we were locked out on our last full day and had to call to get a new code because the previous one no longer worked. When we arrived the garbage and recycling cans were overflowing and swarming with flies close to the front door. Someone did remove the cans the next morning and we assumed that they were going to be emptied but later that afternoon someone brought them back still overflowing and put them directly in front of the door. The townhouse gets uncomfortably hot every afternoon/ evening. We made sure to open up the windows, several of which were broken, in the morning to cool it down and then close it up before the sun came in but it didn’t help. There are fans but they do not provide enough air to make a difference. We got to the point where we avoided being in the unit in the afternoon because it was so hot and uncomfortable.

Nice place to stay

We stay in this townhouse every time we visit family in Seattle. It is the perfect location for us - about a block away from where they live. The townhouse is nice with newer appliances and furniture. The weather was cold, so we enjoyed the fireplace. This complex consists of two rows of homes, back to back. There is no longer a place to park in the middle area (access to the garages), which isn't surprising, since it is not a large area. This town house does not have a garage (maybe converted to an apartment?) But, just know that you'll need to park on the street. Overall, a great place to stay. We will always stay here when we visit!

Convenient location, comfortable

The property was as shown. There are a lot of steps, up to main floor and then up to bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Location is convenient to downtown and most places to visit. The neighborhood a couple of blocks away has a homeless tent city.so be cautious going out at night.

Spacious Family Home in City

General Overview: This house was perfect for the two couples (me and husband and his parents) and could have easily accommodated kiddos on a blow up mattress in the living room. Super lovely to have the half bath on the main (second) floor with living/kitchen and the en suite bathrooms for both bedrooms upstairs. As mentioned by others, there is a large flight of stairs to access the main level and another to get to the bedrooms so mobility issues and mobility aids won't work well here. Check In: We had a terrible time checking in as the codes wouldn't work and Vacasa support dropped my text message threads twice. Finally got someone on the phone that was able to update the code remotely in about 10 minutes and then there were no further issues. House Set Up: The house has an extremely tight driveway to a parking space but we both chose to instead park on the street with no issue in finding spots on the same block. There is no air conditioning in the house and no fans, so definitely bring your own for the warmer months (a couple fans per level would be a nice addition). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, linens were clean and in abundance, and mattresses were firm but comfortable. We did find a lack of pillows that weren't completely mushy/soft so I recommend bringing your own if you are picky. Location: Not close but not far from main tourist attractions. We opted to pay ~$30/Lyft to the stadium and Pike Place.

Wonderful place in a great location!

We stayed here on a visit to visit family who lives in the area. This duplex has so much going for it. The furnishings are new, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook great meals - including a blender, Instant Pot, electric mixer, Keurig coffee maker. There were two of us that stayed, with the possibility of two more plus a dog (which didn't happen, but we were glad for the oprtion) The gas fireplace works well, the bed was very comfortable. There were a couple of things we needed to talk discuss with Vacassa (details of which not necessary to relay in this review) and they were really responsive. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Central District in Seattle.
