For days out you have you Alpamare water park and spa – with outdoor heated pools and a glass fronted sauna with elevated sea views, the Sealife Centre with a seal sanctuary, the Surf School and Peasholm Park Oriental gardens and boating lake. For guests who love the great outdoors a short drive takes you to Wykham Lakes for sailing, wakeboarding, and an inflatable assault course, whilst Dalby Forest offers walks, mountain biking, and zip lining through the treetops. The property is equal distance to both North and South Bay beaches, approximately a 5-10 minute walk, and is a 10-15 minute walk of the popular outdoor theatre, historic sites such as Scarborough Castle and Anne Bronte’s grave is less than 100 meters from the property. Smell of damp when entering the property. Poorly finished interior with wallpaper coming away from the wall in several places. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
