The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities that made our stay even more relaxing. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the beauty of Bacalar. Breakfast was also excellent, with fresh, delicious options and a beautiful setting to start the day. The combination of the incredible lagoon views, comfortable rooms, great amenities, and delicious breakfast made this stay truly special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bacalar and would love to come back!"
