Hotel is quite dated. Checking in process took quite a bit longer then other hotels. Our bathroom tub was cracked and the plug was gone. Water was nice and hot tho. AC cold. Beds are firm. At breakfast they seemed to be quite understaffed. I’d stay again tho. Private parking lot is nice.

Internet needs to be upgraded because once alot of people there it doesn't work good. Toilet gave trouble to flush. Staff was very helpful love that they can speak some kind of English.

Stayed only 1 night because the price was right and the reviews were good, but we were disappointed in the condition of the hotel-it needs a renovation and is very shabby, it's showing it's age. There is nothing premiere about the premiere rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Despite it's central location, it's very quiet. Wonderful staff and a comfortable bed, although mine had tiny pillows. Wi-Fi in my room was hit and miss but I was at one end of the building. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Hotel Los Cocos was perfect. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet. There is parking and a restaurant on site. The hotel has a pool and a hot tub. You can also walk downtown for shopping, banking or dinning. We recommend Hotel Los Cocos and will stay there again when we visit Chetumal.
