This three-story, four-bedroom home comes with everything you could want for the perfect getaway! Prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, island kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and counter seating for quick snacks or just socializing with the chef. Gather for meals in the nearby dining room or head out to your furnished back patio, fire up the gas grill, and dine alfresco in view of your private, heated pool. Outside, you'll also find multiple seating areas and outdoor games to keep everyone entertained.  
  
Back inside, you’ll find multiple living areas including a lower-level media room with a large, plush sectional and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
