#### Clean and Lovely Stay

The house is in a great location, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We were impressed with the house's cleanliness and felt well cared for. The rooms are spacious, aesthetically appealing, and relaxing. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay, and we would book again.

#### Great location 

Although this house is in an older part of the city on the east side, it was no more than a direct 10 minute drive to downtown, 30 minutes to the caverns, 15 minutes from the airport, and a five minute walk to Tucks ( the best pizza and wings in San Antonio). If you like being immersed in a city environment, this is a good spot. Neighbors were friendly, and the house felt very homey and private. Parking pad inside backyard gate and plenty of on street parking.

#### The Epitome of Gentrification

Truly a mixed bag. I’ll start with the good. The house was great. Roomy, up to date appliances, stocked with dishes for cooking and other household essentials. Now with the bad. The location could not be given until after purchase. Vrbo can hide the street address with the excuse of maintaining privacy. But the other part is some of these houses are in the hood.We spent very little time outside the house because we weren’t comfortable with the surroundings although it turned out it was a pretty peaceful street. Very little abnormal sounds at night. They have parking behind the house but you have to have someone go back through the front door to leave the home secure to lock the rear gate back. Otherwise leave your vehicle on the street in front of the house for someone to easily break in it. Thank God for us the weather cooperated during our stay. All in all I would not stay here. I don’t want to stay anywhere where the local H-E-B looks run down. and I’m apprehensive about shopping there.
