However, I did not like that the guy that let me into the property totally disregarded me and proceeded to speak with my wife because she’s fluent in Spanish. He even went as far as to began the planning our excursions with her asking her for her number and starting messaging. I expressed that I thought it was unprofessional and he refused to apologize or see my concern. as a result I didn’t use the property for the excursion when I would have if he would’ve have done business with me as I reserved the property. ##### Derrick D. Séjour de 2 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Billy Voyage en famille avec de jeunes enfants, Voyage en famille 24 juin 2023 Points forts : Propreté We arrived to the property two days late due to us missing our flight. Our new flight had us landing in San Andres at 6AM. We had to wait until 9am to check in which was insane! The humidity and hotness is on another level. We finally got into the apartment. It was nice, the AC worked in the master bedroom for a few hours and then stopped the first day. It was reported but the hosts couldn’t find anyone to fix it that day. So the next day we went out and did stuff in San andres, upon our return the AC still wasn’t fixed. I called and the host said they had went with a technician and fixed it and left it running. I sent him a video of the same error code that it had the whole time. We had to sleep in the living room the whole time with our infant.
