"A gem!! This place was so beautiful, and it really felt like it transported you somewhere tropical. The breakfast was great, room was awesome, pool area was obviously the really impressive bit. The hot tub could have been hotter, and it was often overfilled with children, but then I found the sauna in the gym, and that was really private and nice. "

"The hot tub is a nice big size. Pool closes at 9PM, which is earlier than I expected, but that is because some rooms have their balcony overlooking the pool area (which is an open space behind the reception). Wish I would have known to book a room with the balcony as I didn’t see the option and didn’t know some didn’t have it. Would have been nice for there to be some fruit at the breakfast, and maybe waffles or pancakes, but it was included with the room so we made it work! Rooms were spacious and lots of kids/families which was great as I didn’t feel like we were the loudest for once! Kids all loved it. Also note there is no gym. Thought it said there was when I booked but nope! "

"The hotel has been updated, but it still smells old at times. Smokey or musty. The hot water takes a while to arrive at the tap, but when it does, it’s a rush to turn it down!! There’s a keurig and coffee, but the 2 sugar are in a package with a stir stick and a napkin. I threw out so many supplies just to get sugar. The fridge froze all our food so we turned it down. The tv didn’t work so went two days without, which is fine, but once we asked, no one knew how to fix it. The Sushi place was good, but the service was terrible!!!! Cosmos is awesome!!! And the half price deals are amazing!!!!"
