Amazing place, new construction. Really modern, quiet and safe

Property was very clean with modern furniture (including a high-tech automated toilet) and a very comfortable bed. The location is convenient to many attractions, on a street with lots of restaurants and just a couple of blocks from the Plains of Abraham. The absence of full-time front desk staff takes some getting used to but the staff responded promptly to requests by phone.

We loved our apartment. It was supplied with everything we needed. It was easy to communicate with the property management. They responded quickly and were very courteous. Parking close by was very convenient. Loved our location. It felt safe and private. We would definitely want to stay at same location on our next trip to Quebec!!!

Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills. The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. Also the directions they gave told me to go to the red roof building, but the building doesn’t have a red roof, it’s silver. The bedrooms were very small with no space for clothes or a suitcase so we had to leave our clothes in the living room which was also very small. The property was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities like the full size fridge, toaster, tv etc..
