Rare fully furnished single story Rocklin home. Three "full" baths and a total of 5 beds (3 kings and 2 twins). Two dining tables and a third outdoor dining table if preferred. Private backyard and a park around the corner for kids to play or to walk your dog on the walking trail. Pets are welcome at this property! Pull your cars into the three car garage out of the summer heat and the winter rain.
