We received a gift certificate from relatives to stay at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel for one night and we extended it to three to take advantage of favorable fall rates. Our first impressions were fantastic, from the greeting by the outdoor Concierge with helpful hints where to temporarily park to a cheerful welcome by efficient check-in staff. Boutique hotel with attention to detail in a perfect location.

We had an amazing stay, and a delicious breakfast each morning! Loved taking dips in our private hot tub and the natural surroundings.

I was on a solo retreat and had the pool area to myself. I loved the special touches of a welcome drink and a bag of goodies for the Halloween season. The views were fabulous and it was a wonderful stay. I only wish I had booked for a longer stay.

Room was comfortable, great view of the ocean. Loved the bed. The toiletry products that they have are amazing and you can buy them at a store across the street. Great location, parking was easy. Staff super friendly. Loved the blonde lady at reception can’t remember her name but she rocked.

Thank you Ben and all the staff for making our stay memorable. Accommodations were excellent and entertainment is easy to access in the heart of Downtown Victoria. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The suites are beautiful: Would definitely recommend for families!

The hotel is just off the main road in Sidney and an easy walk to shops and food. Parking around back is limited, just enough spots for the guests. Inside is very nice, you are treated to snacks and drinks right away, and check in was easy and quick. The room we stayed in was great, nice size bed, TV (barely used by us) airconditioner we didnt use, just opened the windows. Always a comfy stay

Lovely old world BnB in a superb location next to the beach, parks and Cook St. Village. Beds are comfortable and the breakfasts best expectations every time. It’s a fave spot for us. Thank you to the managers and staff for the excellent experience…again!

Amazing picturesque place

It's a great place to stay ,convenient to Town ,nice room's, somewhat small,but clean and inviting. Good food at the pub and breakfast in the dining room.

We managed to book one of the few remaining available rooms at Helms. We mentioned a few times while on the ferry that we hope the place is okay. We were definitely surprised and very pleased with location, with our room and with the staff. We will definitely choose this hotel on our next visit.
