This was our second time staying here. The hotel and rooms are always clean, the staff are very friendly, the price is very good and the continental breakfast has warm options. Even the coffee is good! The only downside we’ve found about this area is that all of the restaurants close around 10pm…even the Tim Hortons.

Had a great stay!

Great hotel room will return again

We booked for the water park. Both the stay and water park was fantastic.

Clean room Great breakfast Great stay

Ideal location if you want to be close to the airport. Free breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean.

Everything

I very much enjoyed the location: close to shopping and restaurants, and at the same time in a quiet and safe area. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking, and lots of nice space around the hotel for walking. Breakfast was also good, enough variety. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

My wife and I staying for one evening and other than the good service........whom ever was cooking in the hotel kitchen/restaurant last Friday night, deserves at uplift in pay.....both meals outstanding 👍

We stayed here three nights with our dog. The front desk staff were very friendly and solved all problems quickly. I would definitely stay here again while in Ottawa.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! Our room was huge! The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Fitness room was well equipped. Underground parking was fantastic! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience! Awesome location

Clean and nice like the fact of the patio door exit

This hotel is stunning! We are so thrilled we stayed here. They automatically upgraded us from a deluxe room to a junior suite when we checked in. Check in was a bit slow but staff were very friendly and informative. Easy to get to the room, ours was on the 4th floor. It was large, clean and modern. The bathroom was spotless and spacious. Loved the bedroom, huge bed and comfy, pillows a bit too soft but otherwise great. 2 tv's in the room that you can hook up to and cast Netflix on ect. Living...

Very nice! There is not one complaint I can think of! Parking was great. Check in was quick and smooth, staff is kind and the room is very clean!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is exceptionally clean and has a luxurious feel throughout. The location is perfect as it is close to everything we needed. What really stood out was the staff; they were professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend!
