Amazing stay, the family really enjoyed the pool, slide , and hot tub! All staff were fantastic; always there to help with anything that you needed . Definitely a spot for families. Trails behind property that lead to spectacular views of river and mountains . Rate 10/10. Thanks Sandman staff for an unforgettable stay :)

My only negative is the room we were in didn’t have dark enough curtains to close for sleeping and that made it hard for some not use to the city lights.

The property is no prize. It's used by overnight hauliers and sports event organizers (i.e., lots of children around). The room is fine but the front desk, especially in the evening, is a surprise. I had to wait 20 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk to handle my check-in. And when he showed up - late - the staffer had no contrition. His reason for being away: making cookies for the aforementioned hordes of children.

Breakfast buffet was satisfactory, exactly what I expected. Would be a bonus to have non-dairy options for milks. Pool is small but clean and warm, the pool deck floor is very slippery! Rooms were adequate, clean and fairly standard. Good location for parking, access to restaurants, highways, etc. We stayed here not for airport access but as a well-priced option for a long weekend visit, since most museums and visiting areas were spread out.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The room was very spacious, well lit, clean and ac was good. We left our jackets in the closet and forgot during checkout. But the staff gave us a call to see if we could pick them up if we are nearby. Since we were already way back home, they agreed to ship the jackets back to our residence and promptly made sure it was delivered. Special thanks to the hotel staff at front desk and also Fang who found our jackets and intimated to the front desk. Overall, much satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend Hampton Inn by Hilton to anyone. Thank you!
