We really enjoyed staying at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort. It was fun for both little and big. Our children had lots of activities to keep themselves entertained. There were other kids with families so they made friends too. My husband and I enjoyed the delicious foods and watersports. I also took advantage of the yoga classes. All the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We just came back from our vacation in St. Lucia but we are already planning on going back!…We really enjoyed staying at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort. It was fun for both little and big. The staff were all friendly. It’s a lovely and relaxing resort. We were there for 2 weeks and they changed the Mahi and bar menu midway. I was not impressed with the restaurant but liked the bar menu for dinner. They stopped that and raised the prices. Luckily, there are other places nearby to have dinner. I would often go down to the beach to smoke at night, and a junior manager would ask me what I thought about the place. I would go there again but they really do need to rethink the dining options.…The staff were all friendly. It’s a lovely and relaxing resort. Fantastic Hotel, like coming home!…

Fantastic stay again at Coco Palm, 3rd time here. The hotel is beautifully kept, the gardens, pool and surroundings are immaculate, the rooms are so well kept, the housekeeping was fantastic. The pool is my favourite ever, good for swimming but also has a big "shelf" to sit in shallow, warm water, awesome! Great sunbeds too. The restaurant is so well run, the staff so attentive (and fun) and the food is amazing. We were on the all inclusive package which was totally worth it. The bar is great with, excellent choice of drinks and so many cocktails served by lovely, friendly staff. The staff - the best staff ever, a lot of them have been there for many years, one of the main reasons for returning (big shout out to Lise) - it is a locally owned hotel which gives it a family feel but also so, so professional. They are like family and treat you as such, so caring and thoughtful. We were there as coronavirus was starting to get serious in UK which was obviously going to affect the hotel and staff with bookings but they were amazing, ensuring guests were sat apart for meals, but so subtly done we didnt realise for a couple of days! They constantly cleaned everything, hand sanitiser readily available. Great sunbeds. Very short walk to the lovely beach and in the centre of Rodney Bay but you wouldnt know it as so quiet.
