July 2024/The suites were far from what was shared on the website. It was not what I expected but could be cozy if you look at the big picture. Three of us and we only received one key. 1st there were minimal outlets for plugging, we had to literally buy adapters for $8 each which we were not able to return for a refund. I was asking myself what I am supposed to do with it after the trip. The issue I had was the cleaning staff, they were rude, inconsiderate and unfriendly. They did not leave us any clean towels two days out of the ten days we stayed. One day we had the do not disturb sign, lady still by passed me and went in anyways because we mentioned we didn't have towels, even asking my husband who was busy in the bathroom "Is he going to be long". That was rude. They couldn't even switch out our dirty dishes, we didn't have a sink to wash them, just bathroom sink. Very unpleasant older lady. All we asked was to honor how wishes for privacy and replenish a few things and that was too hard to do. We didn't have issues with parking but there's only 5 spots available to park your vehicle in a secure area, we were lucky to find a spot. I will give credit to Delphia and her team who provided us with a wonderful brunch (Thanks). The pool and yard were nice and clean Thank you. For the price I paid I expected way more and excellent friendliness but I didn't receive that so I would not recommend Harmony suites. Rooms small, no floor rugs, shampoo, bodywash containers not filled.
