While the location of Bay Gardens Inn, not to be confused withh Bay Gardens Inn nor Bay Resort is ideal and close to shopping, it felt very unsafe. Many people were leering and unfriendly. Staff for the majority at all 3 properties seemed to feel like they were being put out when you asked a question or wanted to order. I was never offered a welcome drink or given passes to the park or given any information other than fees that I owed. I had to ask multiple times about the shuttle pick up and drop off and times, where to get a towel, and times for dinner and lunch. That attitude was borderline hostile even when they were tipped well. Beautiful island but disappointed in just about everything else. The room was dirty, the safe was broken the first day I arrived and was yet to be fixed upon my departure. The food was at times inedible but some did try to be friendly and asked what they could do but that was the minority. Save your money and find another Caribbean island or do a cruise.

The staff is great, excellent breakfast something different on the menu daily the bartenders great at mixing drinks the music at the bar...place is the best sweet...pool is great...and the sister hotel bay garden resort is just as exceptional clean clean...i would definitely stay there again for sure sure and recommend staying there to freinds and family...then the hotel shuttle takes you to destination and you call them when your ready to be picked up...great great place to stay...only con is that i couldnt stay longer πŸ˜€ πŸ˜‰..

This hotel was near everything which was really convenient. The hotel on the other hand did have some issues . The first day the bathroom did not work . We talked to front desk . After they get someone to fix it , it would not work again for the whole day . It was constant ask for them to fix it . The hotel staff is really nice and will try to accommodate you the best they can. The sheets aren’t to clean there were often stains on the sides of the beds

It was a great stay. We did the breakfast included and this was a wonderful feature of our stay. Great variety! We also were very impressed with the shared amenities of the other Bay Gardens Hotel with the splash island, beach chairs and many non motorized beach activities. Fun in the sun. Overall great stay.

All of the properties locations were wonderful == and the location was great--close to the beach, close to shopping, all staff members were remarkable helpful & kind

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, comfortable room. I would not recommend this location for persons who have trouble climbing stairs however.

Will go somewhere else next time.
What our reservation said and what we received were two different things. Our reservation said Superior King, black outs curtains and 10% off food and beverage. We had 2 queens, no blackout curtains and no discount. What we were told at check-in regarding the discount and what happened at check-out were very different. When I questioned, the staff member was less than friendly and when I asked to speak with a manager, none came forward. Our taxi arrived and we had to leave but as we left I noticed the person I had spoken with was back at her computer. We felt like we had been had. We are normally very flexible people but that spoiled our entire visit.
