BodyHoliday was a relaxing and refreshing experience. Staff was amazing and made you feel welcome. So many activities to do at the resort. We will visit again. I will also tell my friends and family.

The people on the island make this location a wonderful place! It was our 2nd visit and the food was even more amazing, specifically at Tao — kudos to the St Lucia and Nepal chefs!! And Trista, for exceptional service in the various dining locations every time we sat in her section! Also with the recent addition of the i-Tal experience (the mountain side garden terraces and the amazing lunch and awesome views— this will keep us coming back)!! Really appreciate the warmth and exceptional customer service of Michelle, the new Food & Beverage Manager throughout our stay. And I cannot forget the outstanding dinner we had at the Windows restaurant, where Ms. Naomi outdid herself with this must-have cashew Baklava with nougat— it was divine!! And the incredible list of activities is simply so numerous and outstanding!! In addition the daily treatments are also amazing — special shout out to Vanessa J., and Vera for a wonderful spa service! As the local song goes — “St Lucia we love, St Lucia we love, St Lucia We Love…, and I must come back!!” Please note, I had to request the song 🎶 this time, but this song should be played as a MUST on every sunset cruise as you near the port!! Appreciate everyone and all of the staff at the Body Holiday — a wonderfully unique experience where you can relax or try to do everything!! Even the taxi driver, Andy, is amazing for airport transfers and other excursions too! St Lucia We Love…., and We Will Come Back!! ❤️🥰

If you are looking to improve your physical and mental well being in paradise, this is the best place on earth! From the gorgeous location and beach, to the wealth of wellness activities and classes, the included treatments, to the overly accommodating staff…anything is possible here. Here’s what one of my mornings looked like: got up and hiked the beautiful fit trail that’s built in the resort property, took a vinyasa yoga class taught by a medal-winning Olympian, perhaps lifted weights in the gym or took a spin class with one of their awesome staff instructors. Then of course went to have my all-included treatment for the day- a massage, facial, or body wrap. Afternoons included lounging on the beach, snorkeling (plenty right on site) or you could continue fo engage in fun activities like pool and beach volleyball, or mixology class. The food here is top notch, and as someone who is particular about eating healthy Whole Foods, this was heaven for me. The chefs to get special requests and a come with recipes according to dietary needs and preferences, and the ingredients are so incredibly fresh…they have their own organic gardens onsite where they grow all of their own produce! Fish is locally caught and everything else locally sourced. The staff is so warm, friendly and accommodating, everyone remembers your name and makes you feel like home. We knew after day 1 we’d be going back! Thank you BodyHoliday, can’t wait to plan our next trip!

This is the only resort on that planet, as far as I know, that offers an all-inclusive package which includes activities/sports and spa treatments on top of their gourmet food and drink and tropical island environment with a private beach. It's magical. I go every year!

Just got back from five days at BodyHoliday and was a fantastic experience - staff, activities, wellness - were all superb. My wife couldn’t say enough about the massages and treatments she received. Highly recommended.
