The property itself is beautiful, very clean, well taken care of. The only negative are the vendors at the beach are constantly bothering you to sell you excursions and the beach itself was full of seaweed, so it wasn’t enjoyable.

The island is gorgeous. The resort was clean and beautiful. The reason I would not go back to this resort was the room, maintenance, and poor hotel response about all the major issues. We were there 5 days and had major issues every single day. They didn’t even really apologize or credit us for all the issues. Issues included : power failure to half our “presidential” suite, no air conditioning in our bedroom for at least 2 nights, power failure of room door denying us entry, and major leak in our bathroom from the ceiling. These took approximately 10 calls to even get them to address. Most of the response was stupid tourist you don’t know how to work the switches or stupid tourist your sliding door is open and you just don’t know it. In fact neither of these were true. At checkout when mentioned we got a shrug and maybe an I’m sorry but mostly laughing/grinning.
