Best stay ever!!!! Was at Bel jou after St Lucia Carnival and the staff was very pleasant. I had to stay several days later due to the Microsoft affecting Delta flights. Staff was accommodating and made me feel very comfortable in a very stressful time. The complimentary tour was awesome. Will be back for another stay! Thank you!

Excellent secret gem hotel with amazing views over the city. Every meal and the food quality was great. Different Activities and entertainment daily. The staff really do care about the service they provide and that guests are happy. I would highly recommend this hotel for the area of Castries.

My sister and I stayed here for 7 nights and had such an enjoyable week. The food was fantastic with so much choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chefs did an incredible job with different dishes served every day. The hotel itself was pristine clean and housekeeping cleaned our room daily which was lovely to come back to after being out for the day. Jaffery needs a special mention as he is an asset to the hotel with the extra curricular events and activities he runs daily - our favourites were yoga, morning lighthouse walk and evening BBQ! The hotel offers a free shuttle bus ride 5 days a week to Vigie beach & Castries. It was also super easy to book other paid excursions (Snuba, Catamaran Boat Trip etc) through the hotel. Finally, the staff at the hotel were really who made our experience so special. They made a huge effort to ensure I had the best birthday by bringing out a cake and all singing happy birthday! The restaurant staff were very attentive and hard working. My sister and I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel and we would definitely return!

Perfect hotel, 2nd time I’ve visited staff are magnificent food & the drink. Vibez are better than expected weekdays they have night entertainment. Friendlyness of everyone was amazing I be coming back for sure a next time…highly recommended

Great place, great food, great atmosphere you love it at this hotel, they have taxi services and night time entertainment also☺️ only negative thing I would say is that I asked for milk refill in my room more that twice, two different members of staff and still never got. I like my morning PG tips tea

However, for an all inclusive resort I don’t understand why we had to pay for our water as well as coffees such as cappuccino etc. I expected everything to be included in the price since they said all drinks and meals were included.

The views from our room were nice, this is definitely the kind of resort you visit for peace and quiet. Not much to do during the day outside of swimming in the pool, I feel that this place caters to more of a 55 older crowd who want to just lay around in silence napping. It’s a bit remote so you should have your own driver to take you around to other parts of the island, the hotel shuttle to local places was convenient however not much to do around the area. My recommendation would be to add more activities during the day (maybe sip&paint class, game tournaments, dance contest, etc) and blast some soca so it’s not so quiet. The food options were ok as well, I loved the drinks….we ended up tipsy most days by lunch time lol. The highlight of our stay was the limbo performance

Friendly staff & clean hotel but not the best hotel for people in their 20s , 30s & 40s ; the hotel was catered to elderly retired . Location is far from everything, including the main airport (in Vieux Fort), expect to pay $80-$100 for cab services. Although an all inclusive, they make you pay for bottled water & chips & remember to bring a toothbrush & toothpaste, they’re not free . You must ask for an adapter for your electronics because depending on where you’re coming from (me it was the USA-Ny) their outlet won’t not compatible with your plug / adapters. The room which I stayed in had a lock indoor and outdoor, the indoor lock was very outdated and required your room key , locking and unlocking the door was a hassle do to a frame infront of the indoor lock. There’s no mini fridge readily available in rooms, you’d have to request one. A lot of older retired people are here & it’s a very quiet hotel with not much to do other than pool activities & dine. The hotel itself is beautiful & the people are friendly but I will not recommend this hotel to friends / coworkers & I will not stay at Bel Jou Hotel my next trip in St. Lucia.

This is an amazing hotel and had a great stay. Rooms were very nice with a great garden and sea view. The food was also great and was varied. There is a shuttle that takes people to Castries. Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely hotel with 2 pools and an amazing view where you can catch the sunset from your room or the rooftop area. Excellent service and staff who are always on hand to get you a drink. Food availabile throughout the day with 3 buffet meals and snacks available. Location however isnt the best. The hotel is based on a high hill so cannot walk around the area easily, therefore taxis mostly required. However the hotel does provide complimentary shuttles to the beach and Castries town.

First, the majority of the staff were very kind and tried to help. But otherwise it was not a good experience. We only stayed one night luckily. But the area itself is not nice, the parking area looks like a run down motel. The rooms are small, they do not provide any drinks, not even water in the mini fridge but left a sheet out where you can purchase drinks for your fridge which i found odd for an all inclusive. The snack bar and bar have odd hours and only appeared open mid day, the coffee shop doesnt open until 10am. The pools are only open 8am-6pm. We went to the rooftop bar at 8pm and no one was around to take our order, it opens at 6pm. At 2:45am our room door randomly flew open and we didnt notice until around 4am so i woke up with multiple bug bites, not to mention its a huge safety and security issue. We had to lift the toilet cover to get it to flush and in the morning there were hundreds of ants inside. Overall not what you'd expect of an all inclusive .
