The property is beautiful, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The property is a little way from a lot of the tourist attractions. However, the nightly entertainment and transfer service to the weekly Friday Night Fish Fry Party amounts for the location. There is also a beautiful beach near by and the ferry service to island hop to other near by islands. Bel Jou Hotel provides all the necessities for a relaxing and fun vacation.

The hospitality is impeccable, and as a Bajan living in the US, I was so proud to experience that signature Caribbean warmth. ​The property is impeccably maintained, and I especially appreciated the top-notch security, including their attentive check-outs when I left in a private taxi. From taking advantage of all the amenities to using the Bel Jou taxi shuttle, everything was seamless. Great views, great people, and great vibes—I couldn't have asked for a better stay

BelJou has always been my favorite pick when in St. Lucia. No where is perfect, but this hotel always brings the warmth of home. I’ve had a few runnings with only two (2) extremely rude staff, as there will always be bad apples wherever you go. But I must admit, the majority of the staff here treats guest with respect, and most importantly; you always feel the genuine love! Thanks to all who’ve positively contributed to my experiences, and I look forward to many more stays to come.

I absolutely had a fabulous time, we stood in room 112 and me and my best friend had an amazing time for her her birthday. We returned Sunday evening and we was there from August 26 to the 30th. Everyone was so kind everyone with helpful food was absolutely amazing. Entertainment was amazing 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend.

The resort property itself is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, we felt the food and drink options were limited, especially at night. After 11 p.m., there was no complimentary food or even water available, and drinks had to be purchased. The entertainment options were also limited. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but we feel the dining, late-night options, and entertainment could be improved.
