We loved Anse Chastanet! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were even better than expected. The snorkeling was incredible and the sunfish sailing was easy to learn. Our room was beautiful and well kept. I would definitely recommend the resort.
Everything was amazing, once we got up to the resort we didn’t want to leave. there is a lot of walking and taking stairs if you don’t use the transportation but we didn’t mind it was part of Anse charm!
The service was exceptional and attentive The food was like a work of art . Everyone made you feel special. The manager Peter went out of his way to make our 50th anniversary celebration special. We forgot our car keys and he sent a driver to the airport to drop them off. If there was one negative it’s the road coming into the property. Very rough.
The staff couldn’t have been nicer, we had a room mid level with a little more noise ( all relative in such a quiet area generally) and were upgraded to an amazing room with panoramic views of the Pitons and the harbor: beach area. The hill climbing could be a challenge for some older guests but they offer transportation pretty quickly about the property if needed. Excellent dive shop and staff, and the food to include room service was excellent! The charge for having food brought to the room was very reasonable
We will return! And in booking stay as high up as possible from my wife and my perspective
Anse Chastanet is by far the best value for luxury, amenities, and experiences in St. Lucia. Our room was visited 2-3 times daily by cleaners and staff (to make little transitions like turning on some lights while we were at dinner, tidying up while we were away at the beach/meals and replacing amenities like the complimentary water and local coffee). While Anse Chastanet is an affiliate property with the more luxurious Jade Mountain, all of the activities, beach access, and numerous restaurants were part of Anse Chastanet and thus far more accessible to us as residents here versus what we might've experienced at Jade Mountain (for anyone going back and forth on which place to book -- consider that).
Additionally, it is important to note going in that the food is very expensive on average ($40ish per person for each breakfast, $20-$50 for lunch, $50+ for dinner, and $16-$40 per individual drink) but the ingredients and dishes are incredible and all have a michelin-level quality to them. That being said, it is far more economic to utilize the "all inclusive" meal package as soon as you step foot there, which runs about $250 per person per day (sounds like a lot, but we easily ran $350+ each day per person eating and drinking normally, so this ends up being the best option in my opinion).
Overall staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, and the guests staying here are fun but enjoy their relaxation! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone interested.
beautiful resort, excellent food and unique rooms. We had the premium hillside suite with views the pitons and ocean, wonderful breeze comes into the room and the view was fantastic. In all of our travels to the eastern carribean we have never met such nice people working at the resort. They were friendly and always helpful.
Incredible views of the Pitons and the Carribbean from my huge Deluxe Hillside Room! The lush flora, fauna, and birds have a true feeling of paradise. The snorkeling on both ends of the beach were amazing with the variety and quantity of tropical fish. Even saw turtles in the grass bottom areas. The fresh organic food sourced at Emerald Estate farm and daily fresh catches were the best gourmet foods I’ve ever had. We toured the farm and learned about making organic chocolate with Daniel and got to choose samples to take home! Well done! We went on 4 complimentary hikes with a true St. Lucian treasure, “Father Nature” Meno, and learned about the flora and fauna with many homeopathic abilities as well as local history and knowledge, not to mention the incredible views! Definitely will work toward returning in the future.
We had a lovely vacation, though you should prepare for some serious steps each day from the beach up to your room. My knees were definitely feeling the effort after just three days. Fortunately, you can easily catch a shuttle if you simply ask for one. While the food was a bit hit or miss overall, the Indian fusion restaurant was a consistent delight. It was a fantastic and relaxing getaway, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
The rooms are very well maintained and spacious. We stayed in room 11C a Deluxe Beachside. Hands down one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The entire staff goes makes you feel at home and will go out of their way to make your stay at the resort more pleasurable.
Everything was perfection, from food to beach to food to staff kindness
We scuba dived 11 times and saw gorgeous fish and turtles
We will definitely go back
Beautiful setting but challenging one mile road in very poor condition to access the property. Overpriced for the inconveniences (road and need to climb hills or be shuttled.). Very friendly staff, comfortable bed but no AC.

Food = phenomenal. So much better than other hotels on the island. The staff were really amazing. They were so kind, so hospitable and really genuinely nice. The hotel is really special. The stairs were a bit tough but they have shuttles if needed !
Delicious breakfast every morning in the treehouse restaurant. Beautiful beach that never felt crowded. Had a great time snorkeling. Nightly music with talented musicians was wonderful!
The rooms were beautiful with stunning views of the pitons and the ocean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the view, enjoying the pleasant breeze. Dinners were wonderful, tasty, with evening entertainment every night. Enjoyed the musicians and was a treat to hear Steel Pan music! The beach was quiet and mesmerizing. We had fun kayaking and snorkeling. Most of all, the staff was warm and attentive ensuring we had a special stay.
Incredible views from our room of the pitons and the ocean. Beautiful beach that never felt crowded. Shady private palapas so we could enjoy the beach for hours. Amazing swimming and snorkeling. Delicious beach bars, one on a beach that felt practically private. Yet the best part was the kind staff that went out of their way to welcome us.
The property is located in a very secluded cove facing west. The rooms drip down the face of the hills to the beach with beautiful views of the ocean or mountains. The staff were so warm and friendly you would think you had stayed there a thousand times and they knew you personally. From the shuttle drivers to the maid service, everyone on the property would help you whatever your needs may be with a smile. All amenities were convenient and in great shape.
Amazing stay! The staff is incredible. They make you feel like family. They were very accommodating for every facet of the trip. Fromm the beach to the restaurants everything was first class.
The all inclusive package was totally worth it.
The restaurants had plenty of variety and all food is prepared with care. You can really tell the chef is passionate about food. Going in I was worried we might not like the food but the food was amazing every day every meal. Breakfast was made to order and great.
Lunches on the beach were top notch and probably the best dinners we’ve ever had on vacation. The snorkeling is great right off the property in the marine reserve. Great fish and even caught a glimpse of a sea turtle there. Overall great experience.
