We are in Rio Marina, 1 km from its seafront, a pretty port town on the eastern coast of the island. Rio Marina is an ideal destination for those looking for a quieter and less touristy part of Elba, where you can enjoy a more authentic Italian island experience. The stretch of coast of Rio Marina is one of the most fascinating on the Island of Elba, characterized by uncontaminated natural landscapes, crystal clear waters and a variety of beaches and coves. The coast extends along the eastern part of the island and is famous for its wild beauty and for the presence of historical elements linked to mining (including Cala Seregola, Spiaggia dei Topinetti, Punta della Contessa and Spiaggia di Ortano).

Villa with Sea View and Valley View - 7 sleeping places  
The villa offers a total area of approximately 200 square meters, of which 150 are excluding uncovered areas. The décor is refined and elegant, combining sophisticated and chic elements with the rustic, lived-in charm typical of shabby chic style. This style is characterized by a mix of elegant furniture pieces and delicate colors, giving it a welcoming and timeless feel.  
The property is accessed from a large terraced outdoor space, equipped with deck chairs, a table for outdoor dining, and a hot tub. On the ground floor, guests have access to a spacious and bright living area, furnished with sofas and armchairs, a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area and bathrooms are located. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds, one of which includes an additional single bed. The bathrooms in the sleeping area are two: one with a bathtub and one with a floor-level shower. A third bathroom is in the living area. The upper floor features an incredible porch, with arches opening up to the distant view of the Rio Valley and its gulf.

Large TV in the living room, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all main rooms, capsule coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, mosquito nets in every room.

Parking spaces within the property, solarium area with hot tub, outdoor shower, washing machine in the technical room.  
BBQ, terraced outdoor space equipped on the ground floor, large porch on the upper floor with Sea View and Valley View, bocce court.  
  
Important Notes:  
  
Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed.  
The fireplace cannot be used.  
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; a supplement of €50.00 will be charged for check-ins after 8:00 PM.  
Pets are allowed only small-sized, with an additional cleaning fee of €30.  
Security deposit (mandatory): €600, refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).  
Bed and bath linen: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking); not available for booking on-site.  
If the outdoor BBQ is used, it must be cleaned after every use (for neighborly relations); otherwise, €30 will be deducted from the security deposit.  
  
Information for key collection: Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival. For any needs, you can contact our customer servi. For the selected property, key collection usually happens directly at the property
