It offers a wonderful communal pool and a sensational terrace fully equipped with incredible sea views. This elegant apartment is situated within a tranquil development with a shared pool measuring 7 x 13 meters and depths ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 meters. After immersing yourself in this oasis, the best plan is to relax on the dazzling terrace of this penthouse, enjoying a drink as the sun sets over the sea, and concluding the day with a delicious barbecue. Inside this beautiful apartment, every space has been meticulously decorated with a touch of distinction, offering all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable. The cosy living room creates a welcoming atmosphere, featuring a Smart TV and a charming table for 4 people. The separate kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook your favourite dishes. Here you will also find the washing machine. The rest of our guests is ensured in the two bedrooms, both with double beds, access to the spacious terrace, wardrobe, and in one of them, even their own TV. Additionally, two spacious bathrooms are provided, one with a bathtub and the second with a refreshing shower. Finally, all the rooms of this accommodation are perfectly air-conditioned thanks to the ducted air conditioning system, providing an optimal atmosphere at any time of the day. In just a 7-minute walk, our guests will reach Rincón de la Victoria Beach. This splendid stretch of coastline, known for its crystal-clear waters and moderate depth, is a favourite among the residents of Malaga. The area offers all the essential services for an independent stay, as well as notable tourist attractions, including the Treasure Cave, the Strong Castle of Bezmiliana, and the imposing cliffs of El Cantal. Regarding local gastronomy, you cannot miss the star dishes like fried fish and sardine skewers. The communal pool is only open during the summer months. There is no cot or high chair. Zurück zur Wohnung ca 5 Minuten mehr, da es bergauf ging. Die Zimmer und Böden sowie die Terrasse waren sauber. Die Bäder waren leider nur notdürftig geputzt, die Dusche war extrem verkalkt und der Kühlschrank war ohne Komplettreinigung eine Zumutung. Klebrig und mit Essensresten verschmiert (innen). LeiderNachdem wir selber Hand angelegt hatten, haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war super unkompliziert, pünktlich, wie ausgemacht, mit einer wirklich sehr netten, sympathischen Spanierin, die allerdings nur spanisch sprach (wir nicht) . Trotzdem konnten wir uns mit Händen und Füßen gut verständigen. Sie zeigte uns das gesamte Apartment und erklärte uns wo alles ist usw. Der Ort ist wenig touristisch und super entspannend, man sollte allerdings ein Auto haben. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns gut erholt. ##### Alice N.
