"We booked city view, we got no view, we called the front desk, and we had to wait 1 hour to change our room, we got new room, no heat, we had to wait to the technician to fix it, after that plumbing issue, also we had to wait to get it fixed, total of 19 hours 3 things we had to deal with for our during staying. "

"The entrance of our room was not as clean as expected. Reception was horrible. The phone in the room was working but certain numbers were damaged, when pressed number #8 no dial sound and couldn't place a call to our family members in another room. So texting was the only means of communication. The pool was busy, as expected. However we were looking forward to the hot tub. And to our surprise it was full with adults but also kids. We didnt get a chance to go in, but we can understand why it was full, the pool's water was cold unfortunately. Location of the hotel is great. Parking is not included with the room, but their options and fee is reasonable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"They made me upgrade from a city view to a Falls view charged more than what I would see on Expedia and instead of two queen beds that I had originally booked they ended up giving me one king bed for a family with a four-year-old. Also, they were apparently changing management from April 1, 2026 and that caused a ton of chaos that weekend we were there for March break. Only three out of the five elevators were operational, which felt like a total chaos throughout our 2 nights three days stay. It would take us 20-30 minutes to get to our floor and we ended up taking stairs for most of our stay. The wait was that bad. They also did not post on Expedia that their fitness centre was closed. People like me who would like to go to the gym every morning and one of the major considerations for booking this hotel was the gym and the fitness center, and that was closed throughout our stay. in all it was a pretty disappointing stay. "
