5/5 Excellent

Lovely place to stay!
A nice quiet and clean place to stay in a nice neighborhood. Great location. It had everything I needed and I felt very much at home. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back!

Great Place
I stayed for a week in June 2021. The house is in an older community with beautiful walking areas, only a block away from Kinsmen Park and a fabulous community garden to stroll through. The house is older but clean. It was warm while we were there and the furnace fan was on to keep the home cool. It worked and we appreciated that, although the background noise of the fan was noticed. I was able to bring my small dog and it was a great area for walks. There is a yard but it is not completely fenced so a leash is required. And the years has a cute garden which was just showing some plants grow up in rows. Regina has a lot to see. In the last two trips there we’ve enjoyed a lot of the sites and this time really had a lovely time at Regina Beach. (Dogs aren’t allowed in the beach but we hung out at the adjacent park). And District 3 has great escape rooms. Thanks for a lovely week. If we come back to Regina we will look for availability at this home.

Elegant comfort
We enjoyed a very happy stay in this lovely home with its relaxed surroundings. A very good neighborhood. It was a home away from home, fully equipped and everything of the best. We will be very happy to use it again with no reservations at all.

4/5 Good

Good location - nice neighbors
Pros - 1. Good location. 2. Comfortable bed. 3. Nice neighbors Cons - 1. Agency did not disclose that basement of this house was rented, or that basement laundry area was shared with a renter. We found out there was a renter when someone entered the basement door one night. 2. House is not air conditioned. Temp reached 95F in June. Only one window would open in each bedroom. Even with fans, we could not get enough air flow to cool the house. We stayed a month, including a two week quarantine. Overall, it was a pleasing experience. We will not rent it again in summer months unless it is air conditioned.

5/5 Excellent

Good place for family
It was comfy quiet and clean, we had everything we needed. This was the first time we stayed in a house instead of a hotel, we definitely will do that again. When my husband opened the door he said "wow! Its beautiful!" It was a big relief to be there. Tv had lots to choose from, and having use of laundry was great. Would be nice if there were a couple board games. Thank you for a wonderful week for our big family
