"We stayed at this casino in the past and after an absence of several years discovered ongoing renovations still the norm at this casino On our arrival a paramedic truck at the front entrance blocked off all arriving guests On checking in our agent was brand new and seemed a little ovwhelmed Our usual Tim Hortons coffee stand was replaced by Bear Claw manned by 1 woman in her 60’s trying to serve customers on here own All in all a very mediocre resort going downhill hill fast "

"Room not ready at check in. Key card not working. No coffee. Room walls dirty. Thermostat control broken. Lamp broken. Parking lot full of delivery trucks who blocked guest parking. Going down hill. Police came for disturbances. "

"My stay at Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls was decent. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Niagara Falls. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a convenient and decent place to stay"

The only thing that I would say needs to be improved were the pillows....they were in horrible shape. Very flat and very little filler. "
