Beautiful apartment, beautiful area, and a great neighborhood
This is a very comfortable apartment to stay at. It is also very calm and quit outside. I enjoyed many different types of places to dine out eating all types of food.

Somewhat disappointing because of the lack of resolution to a plumbing problem.
The apartment was nice, well-decorated and clean (it could use a new dining room table; the existing one is a little unstable). Unfortunately, the kitchen sink drain was not working; it was clogged and then leaked; hence we were unable to use it during our entire stay. It took a while for the manager to respond when we called. He finally came at 10:00 pm. We missed getting together with friends as we waited. He could not do anything. He suggested we wash our dishes in the bathroom sink. The next day, we were informed that there were no plumbers available until the following Monday (we were leaving on Sunday). As per the property manager, the owner of the apt. offered a 50% discount for our stay but my card statement has not shown any credits as of today. It still shows the full amount we were charged originally. There seemed to be an unwillingness on the part of the owner to address the problem.

Comfortable little place that was close enough to get to places quickly but far enough that you could relax without much noise. Great for a quick weekend where you really just need a space to come back to after a full day in Durham.

Great location and just what I needed for my stay!
Enjoy my time at this property! I needed a place for my work trip. The property manager was great with communication and answering all of my questions before and during my stay. I love the area where this property is located and it is near grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops.

A nice stay in Durham
This property was very conveniently located near Duke University and restaurants in town. I would highly recommend it to any students in need of a temporary place or parents from out of town. The check-in process was very smooth. The communication with management was perfect, with very fast responses. The property itself was spacious and nicely decorated. My only critique of my stay is I wish it had been more thoroughly cleaned. There were new linens on the bed and trash had been emptied etc. but there were remnants of the previous guest(s). Some of this includes things like splashed food on the kitchen floor, the fridge being empty with onion peels at the bottom, crumbs on the couch, hairs in the shower (not a lot at all! but noticeable), and the toilet not being fully clean upon my arrival. This was not major, but was an inconvenience with my busy schedule to have to tidy up the apartment when I wanted to use certain areas. Overall, I had a nice stay and would still highly recommend!

Nice and convenient apartment
I was only staying in town for a single night, and I’m glad that I chose this apartment. It was easy to get into, close to where I needed to be, and the host was incredibly accommodating with my circumstances. I would stay again if I ever need to come back to the area.
