### Comfy room at the Woodland's #1

Peaceful home located in Wake Forest. This is a large room with queen bed with a full bath directly across the hall.  
  
Please note we do not wear shoes in our home & no smoking on premise!  
  
This room is available to sleep 4, we have an air mattress we can provide. There’s a desk with computer access & tv with Roku. Check in is at 5pm but we are flexible if you need an earlier time. Need a date you don’t see available? Let me know & we will open it up if it’s available.

We are located exactly where the map says, we are in Wake Forest. We have a tight cancellation policy. If you have any questions, please message me and I'll be happy to answer any questions.  
  
Our home is a clean, pet free/smoke free  
home. We are 15/20 mins from North Raleigh, 25/30 mins from downtown Raleigh, and 35 mins from RDU airport.  
  
For a moment you feel like you’re in the woods and the next moment you are in town. The best of both worlds!  
  
Please note quiet hours are from 10pm-6am.  
  
Guests only have access to their room and shared bath. Let us know if you need anything else.  
  
We work from home and manage a very busy schedule. So we usually have very limited social time for extended interaction. But we see to it that all your request are satisfied.  
  
We strive for a 5 star experience so if you have any questions, please message me and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have during your stay or if you have any questions before booking. Thanks!
