"Nice hotel well located with renovated rooms & Internet was fine but... 1) bath shower was still old and didn't work well 2) walls have no soundproofing - VERY NOISY! 3) packaged pastries is not 'breakfast' 4) on event night, we came back to a full parking lot. I had to walk to another hotel and pay for overnight parking Staff was great - refunded parking, but I still had to walk back & forth to other parking lot "

In short, have been trying to solve this issue for days and in different ways: in person, call, email, via hotels.com...."
