It\`s a spacious 1200 sqft, was just fully remodeled, retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light. Recharge from your trip in style with a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable king beds, 55\` smart TV, new sofas, work & dining area, sun porch, AC and free street parking. This apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building, the entire space was furnished and decorated in 2020 and includes hard wood floors, two memory foam king size beds, a large 55\` TV with Netflix, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Discovery+, Disney+, ESPN+ Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Curiosity. There is a comfortable sofa with a fold out queen size bed, loveseat with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, private in-unit laundry room, and three season sun porch. The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks. The bathroom is clean and comfortable, includes a large rain-head shower, tub, granite vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and hair drier. The unit has it\`s own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom. It\`s a nice quiet neighborhood, only a few blocks from the beach, with off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors. No instant booking for local guests, if you are local please reach out to us explaining the reason for your stay. You will have access to the entire apartment, the entire indoor space is private to you with it\`s own entrance and no shared space. Outside, there is a shared patio space, BBQ grill, and back yard. We will interact with guests as much or as little as they like. We\`re happy to help with recommendations on getting around the city and surrounding areas, on local attractions, and our favorite places to eat. North Quincy is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is very close by it\`s less than a 10 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only two blocks away with a coffee shop, beer/wine/liquor, a Greek/Italian restaurant, and a small grocery store. Many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is a nearby park with a field, basketball courts and a playground. You can access our home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 15 minute, 3/4 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 min, the airport in about 15 min, TD Garden is 15 min, Fenway park is 25 min, Plymouth in 45 min and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic. Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The kitchen was full with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. Our 2 small dogs loved the fenced back yard and the dog park which is a very short walk away. Stores were very close by for any grocery needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach on the Quincy Bay - there are alot of shells there. We also took the train to Fenway, which was really easy. Well stocked cabinet of spices, freezer packs, coffee, creamers. They also had a basket of snacks upon arrival. The washer and dryer worked great and if you need to line dry any clothing they had a rack for that as well. We had our 11 year old pup as part of our trip and they had a baby gate that we used for the stairs because he has back issues. Super convenient!! The beds were clean and comfortable. We had plenty of towels for everyone. There were 2 nice TVs. It was in a safe neighborhood and we walked our pup to the local Dunkin and a stroll along the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. We had 4 adults and managed very well. The enclosed deck was great for breakfast and any other meals we ate at the property. Being 5 minutes from the North Quincy T station was very handy getting into the city. $5 all day parking! We did walk one day and it was not bad at all, but it was nice to have a car at the station after spending the day in the city. It was also easy to get out to Cape Cod and all things East. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and accomadating to our needs. Thank you! ##### Kenneth R. This was our first-ever stay in a Vrbo-like property and it’s cozier than a hotel by far! We briefly stayed at a big-name hotel before coming to Quincy and to be honest, I’ll likely book with this property again next year for our whole stay. The owners are super nice, accommodating, and even left a super cute welcoming note for us! Everything was clean, cutely arranged and fully stocked. They go above and beyond here! Their house is a perfect spot just outside of the city, a short drive to downtown. We drove to Cape Cod, up to Salem, and other areas as well. The two bedroom was perfect for our family of 4\.
