It\`s a spacious 1300 sqft, was just fully remodeled, retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light. Recharge from your trip in style with a fully equipped kitchen, three new comfortable beds, 55\` TV, sofa, work & dining area, new bathrooms, walk-in closet, and free off-street parking. Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. The home is on the 1st floor of a 2 unit building, you have one aprtment above you. The entire space was remodeled and furnished in 2020 and includes hard wood floors, a plush king bed and two memory foam queen beds, a large 55\` TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ & Amazon Prime. There is a comfortable sofa sectional and arm chair with coffee table, dining table and chairs, three comfortable desks for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and back yard. The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks. The bathrooms, like everything else, are brand new and spacious with a vessel sink, floating vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, hair drier, iron and ironing board. Both showers include bath tubs. The unit has it\`s own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom. It\`s a nice quiet neighborhood, did I mention it\`s just a few houses from the beach :), with both on and off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors. No instant booking for local guests, if you are local please reach out to us explaining the reason for your stay. You will have private access to the entire apartment. The shared spaces include the back yard, patio and laundry room and they are shared with the one other unit in this building. We will interact with guests as much or as little as they like. We\`re happy to help with recommendations on getting around the city and surrounding areas, on local attractions, and our favorite places to eat. Wollaston is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is 150 yards away and only a 1-2 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only a few blocks away and many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is also a nearby park and playground. You can access the home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 17 minute, 0.8 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 minutes, the airport in about 15 minutes, Plymouth in 45 minutes and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic. Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits, note it is a oneway street and you can only park on the North side. This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors. We are very familiar with the area, so we knew we wanted to stay near Wollaston Beach and this house had everything. The main level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (updated), the basement has a studio-style apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom (updated). Plenty of hot water and towels for the 5 of us. We chose to let our 3 teenagers stay on the main level and stay in the basement so we (parents) had our own space. My husband made coffee in the morning and drank it on our own little couch. The kitchen had everything! Breakfast snacks, coffee, and tons of spices, which is always nice. K-cups, all different kinds. The layout was just really cozy. You really get this beach house feel to the place. We were here over the winter, and the house was warm and comfortable. There was even a Brita filter filled with water and ice in the freezer, ready to go. It was like walking in and just being at home. There's 1 spot for off-street parking, which is all we needed. It's right down the street to the beach, a short walk. It's 15-20 minutes to the airport and central to just about everything! It was very quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. It had been snowing and the driveway was clear and the steps were also clear of snow and ice. There's a laundry room, that we used and that was very convenient. The hosts were great and made sure we were comfortable. Check-in & check-out was very easy. You could tell the hosts really cared about their property and us as their guests. ##### Sina S. Todd and Bobbi are excellent communicators, and responded as soon as our booking went through. They accommodated a date change effortlessly and sent the check-in info well in advance of our arrival. Location was spot on, parking in the driveway was great - easy to unload and load the car, no worries about traffic around you, and the spot was generous for our RAV4\. The location in Quincy is ideal, also easy to get to Boston, Salem and Providence, RI. We really appreciated the binder with lots of local info, as well as the brochures for area attractions. The interior is exactly as pictured, very clean, well stocked with any kitchen item you can think of; we loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers, a really nice touch. Plenty of towel sets for the 4 of us. King bed is a traditional mattress, queen beds are memory foam. It was too chilly during our visit to enjoy the porch or deck, but that additional living space would be a plus. Our teen daughter took over the basement bedroom since it's set up like a standalone apartment with the TV, kitchenette and bathroom. That was by far the darkest of the three bedrooms, which she loved. We had opportunity to ask a few questions, Todd and Bobbi responded within an hour and were very helpful. It is a modern, clean and comfortable home, and our experience as a family of four was wonderful. Todd is an exceptional host and was always available if we had any questions. One of the biggest perks is that Wollaston Beach is at the end of the street, and it is amazing to be so close to the water. Todd was an excellent communicator who quickly responded to any and all communications. He gave helpful suggestions of places to go, particularly for the Fourth of July The home was well equipped to make meals at home. Home felt spacious. The living room was nice and our family of six was able to spread out. The home is located in a residential neighborhood just a very short walk to the beach, which was a lot of fun. The drive to Boston was easy and only about 15 to 20 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home and we may return ourselves in the future. ##### Steve W. The space is bright and clean and comfortable. Kitchen had ample pans and tools, plus coffee and some basic cooking ingredients like oil, vinegar, spices. We enjoyed some of the games and books from the common area. We spent some time in the backyard playing, too. The rug on the porch is even a good non-slip substitute when you don’t have a yoga mat! Enjoyable to walk down by the beach. There’s a playground and some yummy fried seafood spots a short walk away. Owners were very responsive. Todd is very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located. We live in Quincy and stayed for a month and a half while our home was being renovated. We were able to maintain our work and school schedules (the wifi is excellent). The shared washer/dryer in the basement and dedicated parking spot are very convenient. There is a fantastic playground within walking distance. The beach is at the end of the street. We stayed in January and February and it snowed a few times during out stay. Todd, was great about making sure steps and driveway were shoveled. ##### Michael D.
