Top Puerto Vallarta Hotel Reviews

Barceló Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"beautiful location, gorgeous views, stunning turquoise ocean water, white sand beach cove, swimming and snorkelling and lush forest surroundings. my only feedback is that the rooms need some upgrades and the cleanliness was slightly lacking. No food service at the pool wasn’t ideal but it gave you breaks from the sun."

Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"In our first room they put us in the air conditioning wasn’t working well and was putting out a horrible smell. They were very helpful and accommodating . The next day when they couldn’t fix the problem they changed us to a different room. Every one of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They greet everyone with a smile. The housekeeper kept the room very clean. The beach access and pool were wonderful-very convenient. I will be coming back again."

Melia Puerto Vallarta - All inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We absolutely loved our stay! The food was fantastic and so many options! Everything was well kept and clean and staff were very friendly! There are also fun events all included! We will definitely be back!"

Crown Paradise Golden All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"Could be better for an all inclusive … hard to get a hold of hotel in general and front desk hard to communicate with language"

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All-inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Loved the resort, polite service. My only complaint is that they do have to get a handle on the chair saving at the pools. We gave up as I wasn’t willing to wake up at 5am and set down stuff. Plus I find it rude."
