Corner Haven Suite is a large stylish fully renovated bachelor suite located in the heart of Wellington on a quiet street.
Due to Prince Edward County bylaws, this property sleeps maximum 2 guests.
Ideally situated, this home is within easy walking distance of the Drake Devonshire and village restaurants including La Condesa, Midtown brewery, East & Main. Also a grocery store, the local park, Wellington Beach and a short drive to Hillier Region wineries. This makes it a great spot for romantic getaways for couples or for an individual on retreat. The Suite is a self-contained unit off the main house with its own separate entrance. It features bachelor-style living in one ample open-concept room. Here you will find a large seating area with flat screen TV, cable TV, Blu-Ray DVD, WiFi internet and whisper quiet wall air-conditioning / heating unit. Large windows with privacy blinds are located throughout the unit for lots of natural light. High ceilings give the suite an airy comfortable feel that you are sure to enjoy. Next to the seating area you will find a memory foam pillow-top queen bed, dresser and end tables. There is a 3-piece bathroom with tiled shower stall here with natural light filtering in from a skylight.

Please note **The suite shares the parking area and a shared wall with Corner Haven Main (2 bedrooms). Other guests may be there during your stay. Sound really carries between the units. We might suggest that guests bring ear plugs in case they are extra sensitive to sound from the other unit while the Owner determines a soundproofing solution**Also we want everyone to enjoy their time so please moderate your volume - especially after 10pm. Due to Covid-19 cleaning measures and for the safety of our guests and staff, different check-in/out times are strictly non negotiable. Access to the cottage to drop off belongings or to get the beach pass cannot be granted, no exceptions. A fee of $200 will apply for those who arrive early or depart late.

Rental Deposit to Secure Booking: 35% (other booking sites charge a higher deposit)
Rental Balance is charged automatically 30 days prior to arrival (unless you reserved on another booking site as balance date may vary)

Available year-round for short stays. Minimum 2 nights, 3 nights holidays.
A cleaning fee of $50 plus fees and taxes (where applicable) is charged on stays here. This fee covers to the cost of ensuring the property is ready for your group. Guests are still expected to leave the house in a tidy state upon departure. Instructions can be found onsite. Please contact the Owner prior to checkout if you have any questions or additional cleaning fees may apply.
Special Notes
Corner Haven - Main may be occupied during your stay. It is attached via an interior door to the suite. Together these can be rented as Corner Haven - Main & Suite. The Suite shares parking with the Main side on Lakeview St and lockable access to basement where Wifi tower is. All other amenities / areas are separate. If you would like to book the whole house, view Corner Haven - Main & Suite.
