"Beautiful hotel that never disappoints. Our room was actually set up for someone else. There was a card in the room for their hotel membership and a full set of gym clothes in the closet."

"My spouse and I were in town for a couple of sports event. The Blu in convenient to walk to all venues, as well as take advantage of the beautiful city of Toronto. Close to the Amsterdam brew pub, where we enjoyed a pre-game meal and beer. All great experiences.

"This was me and my wife’s first time in Toronto, and decided to book our stay at the King West Hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, respectful, and Ana at the concierge desk, was such a gem with lots of information. Ana provided us with information on museums, restaurants, sites, transportation, just so much information and we know that’s her job, but. She, Ana went the extra mile and my wife and I felt very comfortable asking for information on such things. Our stay at the hotel was also a good experience, staff were all friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely have to stay here again, oh and great hotel location btw. "
