We told several times that things had been fixed which was not true. On the last afternoon one of the manager’s came with maintenance to fix things with us in the room. thank you."

"The shuttle schedule is erratic. You have to call upon arrival at the airport and get service only if the hotel staff answer the phone. I ended up taking a $44 taxi for the 5 minute ride from the airport. Toronto on the whole rips off tourists. "
