One King West Hotel & Residence
Just letting you know that one of the rooms booked under my bookings did not gave hot water on Saturday, which meant showers were not had that day. Disappointed in that, but otherwise the stay was good.

The location was convenient to many restaurants and bars and subway access. We loved the suite room because it didn’t disturb late night activity goings and comings.

Room was tired. Got a large room which was fine. Bathroom had chipped paint all over ceiling. Staff are great! Location is great.

Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
There was a room down the hall that kept slamming their door and being really loud in the hallway. I called and complained for 2 hours and nothing happened. Upon checkout I was told that there was inly a $100 hold on my credit card, but when I checked my credit card there were 2 pending charelges ...
