"Overall, I would definitely recommend Sonesta. The location is great, the rooms are well appointed and spacious. Lobby is very nice. Staff are courteous and positive. A few things that could be improved though. First and foremost... the pillows. The super soft pillows (4 for one person, and 1 decorative), are just terrible for any one who sleeps on their side. I asked for a foam pillow - the pillow I received was also super soft. Not even sure it was a foam pillow. Having some firm/foam pillows...

"The overall stay was good. However we had house keeping bother us when asked not to, we had a late phone call wake us up for no reason. Also when asked about the pool and hot tub hours there was no mention that the hot tub was not working. We only found out it was closed when we went up afterwards. Disappointed about that since we had long days and lots of walking. Food was pleasant even given the mid to higher prices; As to be expected in a big city tho. "
