### Playacar beach a unos pasos, la mejor ubicación

Bueno, bonito, barato y excelente ubicación.  
  
Si estas buscando un lugar seguro en donde puedas realmente descansar, desde donde te puedas mover con toda la libertad por el centro de Playa del Carmen y además darle la mayor seguridad a tus acompañantes este es el lugar ideal.  
  
Ya que esta tan cerca de la playa que no te querrás ni mover, puedes ir y venir las veces que quieras a la playa, a la 5ta avenida y al shopping mall Paseos del Carmen.  
  
¡Sin duda es un lugar que necesitas!  
El alojamiento  
El departamento tiene un toque lindo y fresco, hemos trabajado en hacerlo acogedor para que nuestros huéspedes sientan un espacio familiar en Playa del Carmen.  
  
En la sala/comedor se puede pasar un momento muy agradable, descansando, escuchando música o jugando, es un espacio donde podrán encontrar tranquilidad.  
  
Es un departamento de dos recámaras con aire acondicionado cada una de ellas y cama matrimonial, ideal para 4 personas y el baño lo compartirán con sus invitados, es privado dentro del departamento.  
  
La cocina esta equipada para que puedan preparar sus alimentos y puedan economizar en sus vacaciones en Playa del Carmen.  
  
El departamento esta en primer nivel y lo que me encanta es que si abres todas las ventanas el aire natural correo muy bonito y me gusta que ayuda a que se llene de aire fresco y limpio.  
  
El estacionamiento se encuentra justo frente al edificio, si bien es privado no es encerrado ni techado, esta al aire libre y cada departamento tiene su espacio así que el tuyo estará seguro.  
Acceso para huéspedes  
El edificio es un pequeño complejo de 4 departamentos con una ubicación privilegiada, la mayoría de mis huéspedes les ha encantado porque pueden ir y venir las veces que quieran a la 5ta avenida, a la playa, por las noches pasear en Paseos del Carmen, es un edificio de unos 20 años y los departamentos los acondicionamos para su mayor comodidad, sin embargo es importante contemplar que no son nuevos pero los tratamos de mantener en el mejor estado posible para todos nuestros invitados.  
  
El precio | Calidad es inmejorable, estoy seguro que no encontrarán nada con estas características y en la mejor zona de Playa.  
  
Realmente todo lo que necesitas lo podrás encontrar a tan solo unos pasos.

La cuna es bajo disponibilidad y en caso de requerir se debe solicitar con previo aviso para poderla dejar lista de lo contrario no puedo asegurar la disponibilidad.  
  
Nos encanta ayudarles a nuestros huéspedes con toda la información para que no se pierdan nada importante en la Riviera Maya.  
  
También si gustas que planeemos tus vacaciones puedo ayudarte, tengo 15 años viviendo en Playa del Carmen y conozco casi todos los lugares, parques, tours y actividades.
