With Southwestern style to spare, this charming two-bedroom, two-bath home is located near the end of a winding cul-de-sac on a quiet street just steps from a community pool, sauna and hot tub.
Backing to the 15th green of the Boulders North Course, the deep back yard reflects the natural beauty of the high Sonoran Desert. It’s framed by sun-splashed saguaros, a variety of cacti and desert plants. (You are welcome keep all the golf balls you find.)
The spacious living room has sliding glass doors that open to the patio and balmy desert breezes. Enjoy the gas fireplace, walls filled with original western art, comfy seating, a TV and DVD player, as well as a Bose radio.
The large master bedroom is a retreat in itself with flat-screen TV and sliding doors that lead to the back patio. There’s a generous walk-in closet and separate vanity, shower and bathtub areas.
The junior master bedroom has a private covered patio with excellent views of Black Mountain. A full bathroom is adjacent.
The back covered patio is furnished with a classic kettle grill, dining set for four with soft chairs. Chances are this will become a favorite spot for drinks and dinner.
When it’s time to show off your culinary skills, you’ll find a kitchen equipped with a slew of small appliances and plenty of storage. For entertaining, a hearty farm table seats six and an adjacent wet bar is an added convenience.
Step outside the front door and it is a minute walk to a spacious community pool, hot tub and sauna.
The pool area has a covered deck with a sink, refrigerator, tables and comfortable seating. It’s the perfect place to lounge while enjoying the weather and views.
Back at the residence, other treats include legendary sunsets followed by a nightly star show — no doubt one of the best you will ever see.

Home has a two-car garage with ample storage as well as a washer/dryer.
Access to The Boulders’ world-class spa, fitness center, tennis, golf and other amenities is available for a separate rate from the resort. You'll also want to visit bars and restaurants at the resort.
Grocery and drug stores are five minutes away, and there are many good restaurants, shops and art galleries to explore in nearby Carefree and Cave Creek.

Magical setting in The Boulders
The home is in a beautiful setting with a view of Black Mountain out the front door. The house is older but well-maintained. There were a few minor issues (like a loose faucet handle) but they were quickly addressed. Property owners were very responsive to any questions and requests. The property is in an area of beautiful homes with friendly neighbors and stunning views.

The Boulders is one of the best locations in Arizona
Quiet, scenic and some of the friendliest people anywhere. The Boulders has stunning vistas unobstructed by walls and some of the most beautiful landscaping in the Southwest. The hosts are very responsive and are genuinely concerned that you have a nice stay. We stayed two months and hated to leave.

Excellent golf vacation home!
Our family enjoyed our 6-week delightful stay at the Boulders home of Charles and Suzanne. Our teens had great WiFi For their college distance learning (4.0 all around!). We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets, long walks, golf, swimming, biking in and around Boulders. The neighbors, Flint & Barb, have become our new friends. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. Highly recommend!

Comfortable in the desert
As we love the desert, its flora and fauna, this location is perfect. First day Mule Deer passed by, quail and bunnies go about their daily routine, mourning doves wake us up. The house is very comfortable even though it needs updating.

The Boulders
This is a wonderful property and location. We've stayed in many VRBO's over the years and this was the most well equipped of any. The back patio faces East and we could enjoy the sunrise and desert fauna daily. It was so peaceful, quiet and serene. Our communications with the owners was instantaneous. This is a great property, very clean and all the amenities you'll need. The location is perfect, grocery stores and shopping within 5 minutes from the house. The owner is very good to deal with, questions or concerns are dealt with immediately.
