Golf like a local with discounted rates and priority tee times!! This beautiful home is located in the popular community of Sun City Festival and Copper Canyon Golf Club in Buckeye. The home offers 1500sf of living space with contemporary decor, 10 foot ceilings and lush outdoor patios.

Enjoy all of the beautiful resort amenities, which includes two incredible outdoor pools, poolside cabanas, swim lap lanes, spas, fitness centers, pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, walking trails, golf and much more!

Experience Arizona outdoor living! The backyard has a professionally designed patio, freestanding gas and charcoal BBQ's, patio dining table with seating for 6, firepit with seating for 4, two chaise lounge chairs with cocktail table for soaking up the sun! The front courtyard has a beautiful fountain, seating for 4 and is a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee.

The wide open single level floor plan provides plenty of space to relax and unwind. The home sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms plus den, each beautifully appointed and featuring plush mattresses, luxurious linens, bath towels and basic toiletries to get you started. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the necessities for cooking a gourmet meal. After a fun day of golf, swimming or other activities you can watch a favorite movie on the premium entertainment center with a 60" Smart HDTV or surf at high speeds with 500Mbps Internet.

The home is only a 4 minute drive to the recreation centers, pools, Copper Canyon golf course and clubhouse dining. 15 minutes to shopping, sports and entertainment venues, convenience shopping (grocery, drugstore, gas, salon, spa). Many Major League Baseball spring training venues are within a 30-60 drive.

Sun City Festival rental
Superb! What a warm and welcoming, beautifully furnished home. Our best VRBO we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The home is exceptionally well equipped, organized and very clean. This home has a sunny sitting area in the front, perfect for morning coffee and a very charming backyard with plenty of comfortable yard furniture. We especially loved the fire table in the evenings. Thank you Renee for your care and attention to detail and all around warm hospitality. We had a wonderful 5 week stay at your home. Thanks for everything.

Stupendous Rental!
We really enjoyed our stay in April. The house was filled with everything we could possibly need! Sheets, pillows and beds were the best. We appreciated the use of the golf cart as well. The resort is absolutely gorgeous and everyone at this 55+ active community was super nice. Renee' was flexible, easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to stay there again.

Epic Experience!
I super-enjoyed my 30-day stay at this property in Sun City Festival. Due to unforeseen events, I had to delay my arrival by an entire month, and the Host was more than accommodating to check me in at a later date! Check in to the property was a breeze, and after a long day getting there, treats awaited my arrival! The home was very comfortable and close to all of the action at Festival (yes, there is TONS to do!). I signed up for many classes and private events, and enjoyed each and every resident immensely. The staff at the Rec Centers, including the numerous resident-volunteers, along with the HOA mgmt team, made my stay a VERY enjoyable experience! I didn't get to see it all, so I hope to re-visit in a year or two. Lastly, I felt SAFE staying in this property; this was my #1 concern. Neighbors on both sides of the home are wonderful! The only one addition I can think of, is to place a TV in the master bedroom. Other than that, the home felt secure and more than comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with me (;
