Great place to stay if you like to stay more in a neighborhood-type than a bigger city clean and comfortable. Walking distance to eateries. Easy code entry. Everything worked out well.

Very cumbersome reservation process. DO NOT LIST A GUEST ON YOUR EXPEDIA RESERVATION - this results in a nightmare to untangle. There is no direct number to the hotel - only a number to a call center. While the space is ample, there's not enough seating for the maximum number of people in the dining area or living room. No local TV, or cable - only Chromecast, which is not revealed in the hotel's amenities. Once you get to the hotel, their "24/7 service" is available by text - good luck if you have any emergent needs as no one is on site. If you report an issue, they have 24 hours to respond to it, so service is NOT available 24/7 as advertised.

The apartment was cute and a good size for three people for the weekend. I did have issue getting into my unit when I arrived but customer service was quick and very helpful. They even changed my room code when I requested. Only sticking point was the lighting in the bedrooms and bathroom was pretty dim so it made getting ready tough (mostly makeup). But overall great stay!

This could have been so nice but the condition of the unit is poor. On arrival the heating did not work and it took until the next to have it “repaired “. When it worked it was very noisy because the fan has no variable speed and is full noisy on or off. But a day later it luckily broke down again giving us peace and quiet. Luckily the manager who was very nice brought some electric heaters. However, the metro runs above ground here and start at 6 am. Making up for the HVAC unit. The roller blind in the living room did not work because the mechanism was completely worn down. One side of the towel rack came out of the wall. The kitchen has just a few utensils. There was no corkscrew. One corner of the couch sagged. We used a pillow on top to be able to sit less uncomfortably. The key lock to the apartment requires a certain speed. If you go to slow, it does not unlock. Neither if you go to fast. It needs to be just right. Some times I was just about ready to kick it in. The key lock to the apartment building works perfectly. All in all a frustrating experience. The staff is not the problem. The company chose the cheapest option for everything and clearly skimps on necessary maintenance as well. I am convinced that better quality would have saved money in the long run with happier customers. This is a good concept which could have been nice if it wasn’t so poorly executed.
