The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was speedy with no issues. The lamp lights did not turn on...perhaps the light bulbs were out? We had a wonderful stay and hope to return. Thank you!"

"Hotel is locate at Ottawa downtown area, very convenience. Staffs are friendly. We have 5 people and stay in a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with laundry. Very comfortable stay. Only downside is the shapoo, conditioner and shower gel. They are so hard to squeeze. Should use the pump ones. Other than that, everything is good."
