We booked an efficiency suite on the main floor. It was large, clean, and suited us well. It was extremely quiet, no traffic noise. Bed was comfortable. Location is close enough to downtown. Price was reasonable. Some underground parking is available. No fitness facility and only one restaurant (pizza) nearby. Convenience store across the street. Staff friendly enough but checkin took way too long.
