Communication with the host is always excellent. They are always accommodating if we want to add extra days to our trip. We enjoy the close walk to the beach and backing straight up to park in front of the unit. There were a few minor issues we noticed this time. The downstairs toilet was making a loud whistling noise when you flush. The downstairs bathroom door was getting stuck on the floor (I’m sure the door just needed to be adjusted). The upstairs guest bathroom sink would not drain. The washing machine was also making a very loud noise while doing laundry. None of this affected the quality of our stay. It was right on the beach and we spent every minute on the beach. The home was very clean and accommodated all our needs. The Bunkbed room was the perfect touch for the kids. The home is also located to everything you need within minutes. They let us know before we even started packing to bring our own beach towels and what businesses would be open on a holiday. Their communication is top notch and very punctual. We put up decorations to prevent damage but the home is nicely decorated. I would highly recommend them. It is a cute place and the space is maximized for comfort and convenience. Communication with the owner was good and the issue we had was addressed immediately. There are sliding doors for the bedrooms, restrooms, and bunk nook. These don't provide as much privacy as a latching door but this did not negatively affect our group.
