The responses from the management company when we had inquiries were fine. The unit needs refreshed. The building needs some serious attention. The headline on VRBO stated “beach views from every room.” Technically that is true. However, the view of the gulf from the second bedroom was only if you look through the door, across the hallway, through the kitchen, across a corner of the living room, out the window, and across the balcony. The window in the second bedroom looked out on the hallway. This was a major disappointment since we rented this unit based on the fact that there were two bedrooms with direct views of the gulf. The second disappointment was the property employee responses when we had questions. There was never a response.
