The overall stay was very peacfull. There where some issues between check in and what i had booked through hotels.com. i had orginaly called to check availabilty. The price the receptionist quoted was for a one bedrom suite. On hotels.com the same price got a two bedroom suite. The receptionist had already set the room before we booked and instead of adjusting to the advertised room we were given the one bedroom.there was nobody there for check in or check out. Everything was handled through text message. The booking also advertised breakfast which was also stated when we called to check availabilty. Yet no one was there for this either. Not sure if the reson was that there where less guest than usual or not.

My stay was short at Tuscany Manor but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. My unit was roomy, clean, and the bed comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and the location ideal, so close to all the restaurants in downtown Palm Springs and only 10 minutes to the airport.

I liked the spacious rooms in this suite. A few concerns: 1. No receptionist/manager onsite for the date I visited. 2. Hot water took more than 10 minutes to start showing some warmth. And I had to call Don remotely and was told that the water heater needs to be warmed up. 3. My bath tub was sinking slowly. And some part was completely missing. 4. My 11 year old son lost his pair of new sports shoes after swimming for about half and hour then. He mentioned he say one man there and he was the only suspect.
