Suitable for adults or children with extra linens, blankets and pillows provided by the Host. Flat Screen smart TV. Disney World is 6 miles or less than 30 minutes away and Universal Studios. The best and convenient studio totally remodeled. Everything is cozy and works. In a great gated community Emerald Island Resort with access to amenities.  
  
\*\*PET POLICY Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

\*\*GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire studio for themselves. Parking is also available in front of the unit.
