We had a blast! The place was perfect for our family.

Overall, we had a great stay. It was perfect for our big family of 14 people. Lots of space, rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Very close to all the parks, groceries, restaurants and other attractions. Convenient location. I would mention that some stuff in the house need fixing and upgrading including: towel holder sticking out the bathroom, missing pieces of the blinds, chipped glass on the coffee table (not safe for little ones), broken curtain rods, broken TV part in one of the bedrooms, old carpet upstairs, and other small things. The crib is different compared to what was advertised and the crib mattress is also not comfortable. There were also loose garbage bags left for 2 days from previous renters . Other than that, the property management was quick to response and provide assistance when needed.

Large home but very FILTHY! Community Congested!!

The home was large and did accommodate our family very well but the property was just not clean at all!! They were still cleaning the property when it was time to check in. Carpet is filthy and needs to be replaced. Many broken, missing, stains, and holes in items all over the home from the walls, blinds, remotes, furniture, etc.. We had many issues with the AC functioning properly. The trash was full when we arrived and was never dumped. The community is very crowded and congested. The parking on the street is really bad because of the limited parking in the driveway. We personally will not choose this property or community again. It just did not meet our standards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware

This house is not as pictured the was filthy, carpets were filthy, hot tub was not hot,games were all broken,Towel bars were all broken, not enough towels for 20 people, dryer vent was not on the dryer my husband fixed that,sprinklers were all broken they shot straight up in the air never touched the grass, so much for a gated area we never once had to use a code for the gate, seemed like a sckectcy area to be the neighbors were smoking pot every night rap music swearing you couldn’t have the kids in the pool in the evening it was horrible. DO NOT recommend this place or area and the reviews sounded so good they must have had a different house.

Wonderful hollydays

Our family (party of ten) enjoied this lovely house. Perfect acomodación for large groups. Everything worked well, and , easy to handle Inhouse Pool and entretainments were fine. The Parks are at about 30 min drive by car.

Big, beautiful house.

This house was exactly what we needed for our big, extended family’s Disney vacation. Everything was plentiful, from bedrooms, to bathrooms, to towels and kitchen utensils. The check in and check out procedures were so easy, allowing us the privacy that we desired. We would definitely stay here again.
