\- Double-parking or parking in a manner that creates a safety hazard is not allowed.  
\- Commercial Vehicles, RV's, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Champions Gate.  
\- Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.  
\- VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.  
  
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING   
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.  
  
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.   
  
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL  
1-Cost: $35 per day.  
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.  
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.  
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.  
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.  
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.  
  
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.   
This is optional and may not be available at times.  
  
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL

• TRASH DISPOSAL   
Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.  
  
• HOUSEKEEPING  
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.  
  
• ONLINE PURCHASE  
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.   
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.  
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

#### Cockroaches everywhere

Property management minimized every issue. Home furnishings were not what was posted in pictures. Rented a grill and gas ran out in middle of cooking. Was told I should have called and someone with not eta would be out eventually. How to you eat waiting on propane? Woke up to a live cockroach on my pillow. Roaches in cabinet in kitchen, master bedroom, upstairs bathroom, game room, and theater room. Seriously, managements response was they came from outside. Exterminator came out and we had to sit and wait for him to show up. Exterminator told us it would take a few days before we wouldn’t see live roaches. Management did not gyro compensate us. We had a party of 12 with 2 stocked rolls of toilet paper, not enough bath towels, no soap. What they provide is a start up kit but they don’t advertise that way. Stay Clear of the place!!! Club house traps you. You cannot bring any food or water into the club so you are forced to buy water, food, etc. Prices are ridiculous and they take advantage of travelers.

My family and I absolutely loved this place! It was spacious for a family of 21\. We also loved all the amenities that came along with the place. Would definitely rent this place again. Definitely 5 stars!

#### We found the bedrooms to the home to be much smaller than the pictures that were online.

The main thing I would suggest that you let people know they need to bring their own towels. There was one towel per bedroom. We call for more towels never received them. The front burner of the stove didn't work. We waited for the crib which we requested to receive a pack n play with no linen. The only place the internet was connected to the television was in the downstairs family area, the theater area and one of the main master bedroom. None of the other television had internet of wiring to connect the televisions. The dishwasher never worked. Beautiful location but these things need to be worked out.. Parking was a beast, We were told the overflow would be able to park at the club house this is untrue.. They do not allow overnight parking inn that area. This home house 25 person and not to have towels or parking space wasn't good. Also the trash was to be picked up daily which didn;t happen and there was an overflow of trash at the first door. We understand this was a holiday stay but there should have been some preparation for the overflow. Because we are a family that have love and much faith we truly enjoyed being with family after many years of not seen each other in person. If the issue with the towels are handled there should be no problem. Making certain that all appliances are working. This was not our first time staying with Vrbo homes. But it was our first with these issues.
