BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: _Free Parking, 1 Designated Spot, 1 Guest Spot ___ Are included with your reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Directions for garage could be clearer. We had problems with 2 TV’s. We had problems with the showers and hot water. The doors all stick when opening and closing. The sliding glass door off the living room wouldn’t open.

Friends chose this spot for a golf weekend. It was perfect for us and close to courses and plenty of restaurants nearby to chose from. Would recommend this spot.

We love the Wharf. We go down and stay every year. The sliding glass door on this particular unit appeared to be offline, therefore wouldn’t close all the way and we are fairly certain there may be some sort of water or moisture getting inside the unit. We couldn’t tell if it was from the door or not. Everything just had this wet feel to it and a smell that led us to believe moisture was high. I would suggest getting a dehumidifier in there and getting the door fixed. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. Be sure to take (or purchase) a few extra trash bags too.

Great location, not on the beach. Tons of fun shops and restaurants and the oasis pool was great. The condo could use a good deep cleaning for sure as things are very dusty and floors were very dirty. Overall a good stay!

The master bathroom had mold in the shower and the sink was clogged! Called the property manager and they finally came out 24 hours later and fixed the sink but the shower was still disgusting! The silverware and knives in the butcher block set were dirty and rusted! Upon arrival we received several text and emails from Beachball properties regarding arrival instructions but they were very unclear especially since we’ve never been to that area! They told us to park in the west side of the parking, however they could have specified which parking deck bcs they are named! It’s not that difficult to say park in the Blue Heron deck! Then they gave us the gate code but failed to say that’s the same code to get from the parking deck to the condo! There was an envelope open arrival but it just had our parking passes. There was no welcome packet that told us where the pool, fitness center, etc. was located. Despite those issues we had a nice time! The Wharf area has a lot to offer as far as restaurants and shopping and is in close proximity to the beach!

This location is everything when you have concert tickets at the Wharf - however, this is not our favorite unit. The balcony looks at the toll plaza on the bridge and as cars come across the bridge, they seem to shine their lights directly into the balcony. Lots of road noise due to proximity to the bridge. The unit was clean, nicely furnished. Master bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. There was a strange missing cabinet in the kitchen like maybe a trash compactor or ice machine broke and was just removed leaving a hole. 1 bath towel per person was provided. No beach chairs - although they were available for rent through the manager. Property manager correspondence was good and prompt. We didn't like that we had to download yet another app and couldn't use the VRBO app directly - they had us download "happy stays" because we needed to give them a new credit card for the 2nd payment.

Staying there made working the Wharf boat show much easier than staying somewhere else. The price per night was cheaper than most of the hotels in the area due to spring break, so I went in expecting a "you get what you pay for" experience, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The condo was great, and the check-in/out process was super simple. I will definitely be considering this place in the future.

We had a good time the condo was overall in nice condition. The only thing that was wrong is none of the doors in the condo close you can’t use the closet Doors in the two queen bedroom because they don’t open up. Also the entire time we there all we heard was construction on top of us it was so loud! The the only other concern I had was within an hour of us being there all of our feet was black from the floor! I did reach out to the manager to get the cleaning crew to come out to mop since I had a baby crawling around and this was the response I got “The products that the cleaners have to use on the floors for covid procedures does interact with the tile in the units, causing the bottom of feet to get what is called “black foot”. It isn’t actually dirty floors” I never heard of a cleaning proud that gives you “black foot” But OK!

We had a wonderful stay at the Wharf. Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We love the Oasis pool area, especially the lazy river! The condo could use to new mattresses in the secondary bedroom and a new coffee pot.

For three nights the sound of construction filled the condo. Topped of with the last night with the smoke detector low battery warning chirping at 2 am. Then the drunken party from upstairs didn’t decide to die down until 5am. I’ve never been able to hear the neighbors in other condos as much as I was able to at the wharf. Also, this is not the cleanest unit. The unit has broken tiles, broken kitchen cabinet, the outside decor looks trashed. So, if your looking for a relaxing vacay, choose elsewhere.
