This was our second stay at CocoLaPalm. We originally stayed as a couple in April, 2023 and had a wonderful vacation. The property is well managed and clean. Staff are absolutely incredible. When my husband asked about having a special dessert (Toto!) prepared for my birthday, they arranged to make it happen on site. We return for our second stay this year in March, 2024, bringing our 7 and 5 year old children along. We were a little apprehensive about doing so as we did not want to ruin the...

I first stayed at the Tree House in mid-80's and have been returning as often as I can get to Negril. This hotel has a hominess to it that is missing at many hotels and this has to do with the staff, the management and the general ambiance of the place. The location is excellent - it's on the beach and smack dab in the heart of Negril. The beach is clean and the water is the perfect temperature and not rough at all. This is a great hotel for couples seeking a romantic getaway but also for...

I had a platinum swim up suite. It was beautiful! My butler, Thornille, went above and beyond constantly (including getting me a very personal/emotional) gift for my birthday. I never needed to ask him for anything since he was anticipating everything I would want or need before I knew that I needed it. The rest of the staff was incredible as well. Bartenders are friendly and efficient. I did have a few hiccups at check in and throughout my stay, but no one is perfect and they did everything...

Friendly and conscientious staff. Close to the beach - no issues getting lounge chairs which was nice! The front desk staff were very helpful in making reservations for us and advising on prices we should be paying for things. We thought we'd eat off-site more than we did, but the food and prices were so good. Eating lunch at the bar/on the beach was great. I wish I had brought "to-go" coffee mug with me for the restaurant or that from the beginning I had rented a coffee maker for the room...

We had a wonderful experience at Travellers. The staff are kind and genuine. Beautiful beach, clean facilities, and we loved the small size. It was more intimate and we got to make more connections, as well as explore Negril. The resort is Jamaican-owned and family-owned, and they operate the NEET, an organization that helps educate kids and care for the environment. It’s nice to know your travel dollars are going to a good cause.

We can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful - clean, cozy and beautiful interior; gorgeous, gated property with lots of comfy and shady places to relax outside; a crystal-clear and well-maintained pool.
Andrea was a wonderful host who you can tell truly cares about you and your stay. And chef Conroy not only blew us away every single morning with some of the tastiest food we’ve ever had, but also was very helpful in suggesting places to see, things to try, and...

First I was impressed by the security guard who carried my heavy suitcase up the winding stairs to my very spacious balcony! Then the beautiful forestry of bamboo trees, fruit trees, and various plants all there on a daily well kept lawn. There is a bar on the beach. The friendly bartender is always so eager to concoct your drink/juice to your order. The curried goat dinner was really delicious. The room was clean and cosy with ac, hot water, cooking facilities and utensils.

Everyone was so kind and accommodating from the moment we got there. We really enjoyed all the amenities that they offered. And the airport shuttle was easy to obtain. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family.

This is such a beautiful property in such a special place. It wasn’t very busy when I was there, but I think even if it was, it would feel very peaceful. The staff is amazing. Just absolutely amazing. I’m also including the Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs that just wander around the property. Theyre sweethearts. I feel bad for how many people feed them, though.
Such a magical spot, the cliffs, the ocean, the aesthetic of everything. I highly recommend.

This place was situated in a Negril neighborhood close to all the resorts. It had all the amenities of home and a stunning view of the sunsets. The people managing this property is what I believe sets it apart from any other hotel. We are a family of six and it was able to accommodate us quite well. The boys slept on the pull out and we didn’t care if they were comfortable or not.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay at Idle Awhile Beach. This small, boutique resort is directly on the beach, but remains quiet and well maintained. Service and restaurant was great! Just a few steps away from many great food stands and a grocery store. Highly recommended!
